Garrett Sexton is nearing a final decision in his recruitment.

Sexton, a 3-star offensive tackle from Wisconsin, announced his commitment date and his top 4 programs on Thursday morning. Sexton will announce his commitment on May 1.

He’ll be choosing between Oklahoma and a trio of Big Ten programs: Minnesota, Penn State and Iowa.

Sexton would be a big addition for any of those programs in the class of 2024. He also has offers from programs like Tennessee, Michigan State and Baylor.

He’s currently ranked as the No. 524 overall player and the No. 40 offensive tackle in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 6 player from Wisconsin.

Sexton has an impressive frame as well. He’s listed at 6-foot-7, 240 pounds. He attends Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Penn State already has 6 commitments in the class of 2024. The Gophers have 8 commits so far, but none on the offensive line. Iowa has a total of 7 commitments in this cycle already.
