Georgia receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint suffered a gruesome injury after putting the Bulldogs up 14-0 early in the first quarter.

The injury came on a 32-yard touchdown catch — his only reception of the day.

Here’s the play, but it’s rough to watch:

Obviously, Rosemy-Jacksaint will miss the remainder of the game. However, he did re-appear on the sideline with a cast on after halftime.

Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, things got worse on the scoreboard. Florida rattled off 38 first-half points to take a commanding lead. Stetson Bennett 5-of-16 for 78 yards, that touchdown and an interception.

Rosemy-Jacksaint had three catches for 30 yards heading into this game. He’s a true freshman from Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Florida is looking to win its first matchup in this series since 2016.
