Here's the highest-ranked commit for every 2022 B1G recruiting class
The Early Signing Period was kicked off Wednesday with a number of prospects beginning to sign on to begin their college careers.
Across the B1G, a number of key moves changed the landscape for 2022. Ohio State appears set to land the top class in the B1G for another year under Ryan Day while Michigan jumped into the top 10 nationally with some key flips.
Elsewhere, Indiana landed a particularly strong class under Tom Allen while Michigan State and Rutgers continued strong work under Mel Tucker and Greg Schiano, respectively.
On Wednesday, BTN also put out a graphic with the top commitment for every B1G program to this point. As always, these could change a bit through the Early Signing Period and up until National Signing Day in February.
As things currently stand, linebacker CJ Hicks (Ohio State) is the top player to commit to a B1G program. He is followed by cornerback Will Johnson (Michigan) and quarterback Drew Allar (Penn State).
