How good has Indiana football been recently?
What about Purdue?
Sure, the Boilermakers appear to be on a bit of an upswing as of late, but when’s the last time they were ranked in the AP Top 25? You’d have to go back to 2007.
And for Indiana, it’s worse. The Hoosiers last cracked the top 25 back in 1994. That’s 24 years ago.

With Syracuse breaking its streak of 17 years, the two longest streaks among Power 5 teams now comes from the B1G in Purdue and Indiana.
With Syracuse going into the top 25 this week Indiana (1994) and Purdue (2007) have the two longest streaks of power 5 teams not being ranked.
