Unless something major happens, Lawaun Powell will be playing his college football in the B1G West.

On Saturday, the three-star receiver out of East St. Louis revealed his final three teams in his recruitment, all of which were from the same division. Powell listed Illinois, Nebraska and Purdue as the teams in his to three.

All three schools appear to have a great shot at landing one of the top players from the St. Louis area.

Per his 247Sports Composite rankings, Powell is listed as the No. 14 player out of Illinois and is one of the to 150 receivers of the 2020 recruiting class. Overall, he’s inside the top 900 players in the cycle.

In addition to the three B1G programs, Powell also received offers from Iowa State, Kentucky, Kansas, Virginia Tech and Western Michigan.

Purdue is currently near the middle of the B1G in recruiting rankings for 2020, owning the No. 6 class in the conference currently. Nebraska sits at No. 12 and Illinois is at No. 14.
