Jalen Thompson, 4-star DL out of Michigan, keeps 3 B1G programs in top 5

Jalen Thompson is one of the top players out of Michigan for the class of 2023. He cut down his list of potential programs on Saturday, and a trio of B1G teams are still in the mix for his commitment.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Thompson is a 4-star recruit and the No. 2 player out of Michigan for the class of 2023. He is also the No. 30 DL prospect and 202nd overall prospect nationally regardless of position.
Of the teams on his list, Ohio State was the most recent to put in an offer on June 1. Thompson also took visits to Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Penn State and Michigan State last month.
