Joel Klatt previewed the Oregon-Michigan game this week and shared his pick against the spread for this highly-anticipated Big Ten matchup.

Klatt is going with the Ducks to cover the 15.5-point spread, he said Friday. Klatt’s main reason for backing the Ducks, he said, is they’re continuing to get better each and every week.

“Oregon’s favored by 15.5 for a reason, folks. And they’re getting better and better and better every single week,” Klatt said. “So give me Oregon … I’m going 34-17 Ducks.

“I can’t ignore my own eyes of what I’m seeing from [Oregon] every single week. Better and better and better. Every great team gets better every single week and plays their best football at the end of the season. And right now, if you were to categorize which team in the country is that? It’s Oregon.”

Oregon has picked up a couple of dominant wins since beating Ohio State in dramatic fashion a few weeks ago. Its last 3 victories include a 35-0 shutout win over Purdue and a 38-9 win over Illinois last weekend.

Michigan, meanwhile, is also coming into this game on a high note. The Wolverines beat rival Michigan State last weekend as Davis Warren returned to the lineup and had his first interception-free performance of the season.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.
