FOX College Football’s lead analyst Joel Klatt is a busy man, and now that the football season has ended its time to start talking about the springtime NFL Draft.

According to Klatt, the two-four-five spots in his 2021 top ten list are occupied by star Big Ten players from three different schools.

At the number two spot is Justin Fields, the star quarterback from the Big Ten’s most consistently excellent program in Ohio State. In spite of a mediocre outing in his latest national championship appearance, Fields is regarded as an excellent prospect for the professional game.

At number four is Micah Parsons, the game-wrecking linebacker from Penn State who sat out the 2020 COVID-addled season to prepare for this draft. What he did to prepare for a career in football that was better than playing football has not been disclosed.

Rashawn Slater, Northwestern University’s big tackle, was locked in at number five, according to Klatt. The Wildcats offense found frequent success this season on the way to a West Division title and appearance in the conference championship game.
