After a wild and unusual Week 8 in College Football, there are some massive shakeups as two top ten went down. One of those was No. 7 Penn State, who lost at home 20-18 in nine overtimes to Illinois.

FOXSports analyst Joel Klatt gives his top ten rankings following Week 8’s wild games. There are four B1G teams in the top ten, including two in the top four.

Klatt has Ohio State at No. 2, after their dominating 54-7 road win over Indiana. To round out the top four is Michigan, who overpowered Northwestern at home 33-7.

Michigan State, who was on a bye-week in Week 8, was moved up to No. 6 following the losses from Penn State and Oklahoma State. Finally, Klatt has Iowa, who was on a bye week following its shocking home loss to Purdue last week, at No. 10.

His rankings could change drastically following next week’s big matchups in the B1G.
