Each week — earl Sunday morning in particular — Joel Klatt reveals his latest top 10 teams in college football.
Fresh off all the games concluding on Saturday, Klatt sits down (likely) and thinks about which programs are the best in the sport.

A few things stand out. One, Ohio State remains at No. 1 for Klatt. This was the case a week ago. Two, Wisconsin is down at No. 7, and it should be noted that LSU is at No. 2 right now — not Alabama.
And three (or four if you’re counting everything), Penn State is nowhere to be found. Sure, Florida beat Auburn on Saturday. Florida deserves its spot. But teams like Notre Dame and Texas have both lost and won tight games.
There is surely some B1G love in here from Klatt. But, there could be more.
We shouldn’t be too greedy, though.
Penn State may appear on this list a week from now after facing Iowa this coming Saturday.
