Joel Klatt released his weekly college football Top-10 rankings, with a pair of new teams making the list this week.

The Fox College Football analyst added the Cincinnati Bearcats at No. 10, who blasted an SMU team at home with a 65-43 beatdown, along with Michigan. Michigan joined the Bearcats on the list, entering at No. 8 after easily handling Minnesota on Saturday night with a 49-24 win over the Gophers in Minneapolis.

Klatt has always been a supporter of the Wolverines, and specifically coach Jim Harbaugh, and has been on the broadcast team for several of their broadcasts over the past two years. Following the victory over the Gophers, Klatt had high praise for the Wolverines and their coach.

“He’s done a good job,” Klatt said of Harbaugh. “Here’s one thing to really understand about Jim Harbaugh — he’s just now adjusting. This adjustment has been a little bit late, although if it comes to fruition, watch out.

“In college football, you can’t win at the top end unless you can score 35 points against a really good team. You just can’t and that’s the sport now. Alabama has had to adjust — [head coach] Nick Saban has adjusted offensively and is scoring 35, 40 points in big games.”

The other B1G team on Klatt’s list is Ohio State. The Buckeyes landed at No. 2 after a strong win over Nebraska to start the season.
