Kevin Warren will be welcoming USC and UCLA into the B1G in 2024. Warren revealed what the B1G’s stance on expansion is at the moment per Action Network’s Brett McMurphy.

Warren stated that the conference is not planning on expanding any further for now. SEC commissioner Greg Sankey said that further expansion is not on his agenda either. The B1G is already planning on moving to 16 and the SEC eventually wants to as well.

USC and UCLA will be bringing their rich history in football and basketball with them to the conference. The Trojans are trying to return to a powerhouse in football under HC Lincoln Riley. The Bruins have been one of the blue bloods among the college basketball realm for awhile now.

This offseason there were plenty of rumors that the B1G was going after even more Pac-12 schools and potentially Notre Dame as well. It looks like the B1G is alright with the current expansion plans at the moment.
