Kevin Warren spoke about how the B1G will handle any future expansion outside of USC and UCLA. The Athletic’s Scott Dochterman posted what he said on social media.

USC and ULCA are set to join the B1G for football and basketball in 2024. However, Warren stated that the conference is only looking into expansion that makes sense for the B1G.

“We’re analyzing what makes sense,” said Warren.”

Warren also said that the B1G is focused on integrating the Trojans and Bruins once they get to the conference, but is ready to act on any other teams whenever necessary.

There have been many teams whose names have been tied to potential expansion when it comes to the B1G. Pac-12 teams other than USC and UCLA have all been tied to the B1G at one point.

Could more teams be heading to the B1G in the future? We’ll see if any more updates come out about this.
