Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis and the rest of the College GameDay crew are getting a new piece to the team for 2022!
On Wednesday, ESPN announced the addition of Jess Sims alongside the familiar faces of Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and the rest of the crew. Sims – a popular Peloton instructor and reporter in the WNBA – joins the crew after working with the New York Liberty.
Shortly after the news was announced, the existing pieces of the GameDay crew reacted to Sims’ addition. While Herbstreit welcomed her to the team, Howard and Davis also admitted they hoped to get some workouts in with Sims throughout the year.
We’ll have to see if that happens.
Jess-
Fired up to have you join our team. Heard so many great things about you and just wanted to welcome you to the “ballclub”.
This is gonna be an incredible season of CFB and it’s great to have you with us!
See ya soon. https://t.co/H5B37ytinZ— Kirk Herbstreit (@KirkHerbstreit) August 3, 2022
