Kirk Herbstreit reveals new Top 6 following Week 6 action
Kirk Herbstreit has updated his top six teams following the sixth week of the college football season.
On Sunday, the college football analyst released his new College Football Playoff picture, along with the two teams just outside the top four. So far, Herbie is only including the teams that have played a game this season — leaving out the B1G and Pac-12.

Next week, we should get a lot of clarity with the SEC picture, as Herbstreit’s No. 2 and No. 3 teams will go head to head on Saturday. Georgia and Alabama both head into that game with 3-0 records.
It will be interesting to see how much Herbstreit’s rankings change once the B1G and Pac-12 start playing games again.
