And to be honest, that’s a very fair placement for Alabama after a brutal performance against Texas in Austin.

Ohio State and Michigan both took care of business against inferior opponents in Week 2. The Buckeyes downed a Butch Jones-led Arkansas State squad, 45-12 while Michigan took care of business against Hawai’i 56-10.
The Wolverines don’t have to figure out their quarterback situation anymore, either. JJ McCarthy, who was named the starter moving forward postgame, looked good against the Rainbow Warriors, slinging for 229 yards and 3 touchdowns with only 1 incompletion on the evening.
