Each week, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit gives his top four teams in college football. That’s not all, though.

He gives his two next best teams as well. Following the action in Week 12, which saw Iowa beat Minnesota and a bunch of highly-ranked teams taking care of business, here are Herbstreit’s best teams:

Herbstreit has LSU at No. 1, followed by Ohio State and Clemson at No. 2 and 3, respectively. That will likely stay the same for the College Football Playoff committee as well.

The committee had Georgia at No. 4 entering this week and the Bulldogs were able to defeat No. 12 Auburn. Herbstreit thinks the same way the committee does there as well.

His two teams on the fringe of breaking the top four are Alabama and Oregon. The Crimson Tide likely dropped in the minds of all after the horrific injury to QB Tua Tagovailoa. Oregon rounds out Herbstreit’s top six after defeating Arizona 34-6 late Saturday night.
