Winning back-to-back games for the first time in his tenure in Oxford, Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Rebels topped Will Muschamp’s South Carolina Gamecocks, 59-42, on Saturday at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

Moving ahead for good, 45-42, with a 91-yard touchdown pass from redshirt sophomore Matt Corral to junior wide receiver Elijah Moore with 12:02 to play, the popular head coach provided one of the best celebrations of the 2020 season.

The Rebels racked up a staggering 708 yards of total offense in the victory, 513 of which came through the air.

Corral completed 28-of-32 passes, and Moore was the largest beneficiary of this strong performance, hauling in 13 passes for 225 yards and two scores.

Senior Braylon Sanders turned in an impressive game, as well, registering four receptions for 141 yards.

Improving to 3-4, Ole Miss will hit the road to battle the No. 5 Texas A&M Aggies (5-1) on November 21.

South Carolina, meanwhile, fell to 2-5 and will return to Williams-Brice Stadium to clash with the Missouri Tigers (2-3) next.
