Lee Corso shares message to fans of College GameDay following his return in Week 7
Lee Corso made his return to College GameDay for the Alabama-Tennessee matchup last weekend. In a video posted on Twitter, he wanted to thank everyone for the kind words that they said.
He was touched by everything that the fans said and made a joke as usual. Corso also talked about how good it was to be back.

I wanna thank everyone for the things they said,” said Corso. “It was really nice. Today, no payment. I felt real good and I felt a warmth with the crowd and the reaction was really good. I felt good physically. I wasn’t dizzy after the long travel.”
He also talked about the matchup between UCLA-Oregon. Kirk Herbstreit asked him about his relationship with UCLA head coach Chip Kelly. Corso dismissed it and joked about how he’s closer to the Oregon mascot. It’s great to see Corso acting like his old self.
“To hell with Chip,” said Corso. “The Oregon mascot has been my friend for 25 years almost. I like Chip Kelly, but not today boy.”
UCLA-Oregon is set to kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
“Today, no payment!” 😂
