This is an awesome way for a recruit to unveil his top 5 schools.
Jadon Haselwood is a 5-star WR out of Ellenwood, Georgia who narrowed his list of schools on Tuesday. What made that even more significant is Haselwood was also competing for the 3A State Title with Cedar Grove.
While the game turned out to be a nail-biter, Haselwood donned unique cleats with his top 5 schools for the contest. Recruiting analyst Rusty Mansell was on hand for the game and shared pictures of the special kicks:

Haselwood would go on to score the game-winning touchdown with just seconds remaining, securing the Georgia State Title over Peach County. He confirmed after the game that his top 5 is down to Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, Miami, and Florida State:

Haselwood is listed as the No. 1 WR, No. 1 player out of the state of Georgia, and No. 6 player in the nation for 2019 on the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
The B1G might not be getting this star, but there’s no denying those cleats are an awesome way to announce his final 5 schools.
