Matt Biggers, the Chief Marketing Officer at Colorado, made a statement regarding the awesome ticket designs.

“As we were going through design ideas for this year’s football season tickets, we were looking for ways to creatively connect the Buffs football experience to our fans and community, and what better way is there than through the eyes of children, said Matt Biggers, Chief Marketing Officer/Associate AD External Affairs for the Buffaloes. “To take it a step further, we quickly thought of involving our great partner, Children’s Hospital Colorado, to ask the children they are involved with to be the ones to submit their artwork. We were excited that they loved the idea and we were able to move forward creating this fun contest for their patients. What we got back from all of these children exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled that their contributions have made our ticket designs for this season so special.”

According to the release, 25 drawings were submitted and six winners were chosen. Those winners will have their drawings featured on the tickets.

Kudos to Colorado. That’s a really neat gesture and something the patients at Children’s Hospital Colorado will enjoy.
