LSU early beneficiary of horrendous missed pass interference call in Peach Bowl

The College Football Playoff is off and running with LSU and Oklahoma dueling it out in the Peach Bowl!
The first quarter has already featured a number of fireworks with the two teams trading touchdowns early on. LSU scored first, but the Sooners were not far behind with an answer of their own.
After LSU retook the lead at 14-7, Oklahoma tried to get a drive rolling for another response. Unfortunately, they had to punt after what appeared to be a blatant pass interference call was missed.
With an Oklahoma receiver beating his defender and trying to come back to the ball, LSU’s Derek Stingley Jr. reached back to pull his man to the ground. It was clear and obvious with no other players in the vicinity.
Somehow, the officials missed it:

As a result, Oklahoma was forced to punt, and LSU went down to make it 21-7. Can the Sooners respond?
