Mel Kiper Jr. includes 5 B1G players in NFL Draft Top 25 prospects

With the college football regular season in the books, NFL Draft experts are starting to put together their initial player rankings for the 2020 draft. ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. recently compiled his list of top 25 prospects available this year.
Five of the players in Kiper’s top 25 hail from the B1G. The draft expert has two Ohio State players inside the top five, two Iowa linemen inside the top 20, and one Wisconsin lineman just squeaked onto the list.
Ohio State defensive end Chase Young was listed as the No. 1 overall prospect available. Below are the five B1G names Kiper included in his top 25:
- No. 1: Chase Young, Ohio State, DE
- No. 5: Jeff Okudah, Ohio State, DB
- No. 15: A.J. Epenesa, Iowa, DE
- No. 20: Tristan Wirfs, Iowa, OT
- No. 24: Tyler Biadasz, Wisconsin, OC
With the five players on the list, the B1G ranked second-most. Kiper has 13 SEC players listed inside the top 25. He also has three ACC stars, three from the Pac-12 and one Big 12.
