One of the top players out of Minnesota for the class of 2022 is down to two possible destinations with both schools hailing out of the B1G.
The player is Chase Carter, a defensive lineman out of Minneapolis. He is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 7 overall player out of Minnesota by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
Wednesday evening, Carter released his final two possible destinations with Iowa and Michigan State still in the running.

Carter has cut his list down after receiving other offers from Nebraska, Iowa State, and Central Michigan. Listed at 6-foot-6 and 215 lbs., Carter is an interesting blend of size and speed.
If he commits to Michigan State, Carter would be the first defensive lineman to commit to the Spartans for 2022. Carter would be the second defensive lineman to commit to the Hawkeyes for the cycle behind four-star recruit Aaron Graves out of Gowrie, Iowa.
Stay tuned to see where Carter winds up!
