The start of the college football season is only one week away, meaning we’re starting to see some changes to the national title odds. And there have been some serious swings.

Super Book USA has released an updated look at the national championship odds for the upcoming season, highlighting some of the significant shifts during the offseason. Some of the more significant changes featured B1G teams.

Sports Betting in Big Ten Country

There is big news coming to the upcoming 2022-23 Big Ten football season (and NFL season). Ohio online sports betting and Maryland sports betting are on the way.

Here’s a look at some of the shifts for the B1G’s top title contenders, as tweeted out by ESPN’s David Payne Purdum:

  • Ohio State — 10/1 to 16/1
  • Nebraska — 25/1  to 50/1
  • Wisconsin — 50/1 to 200/1

The most significant adjustment is Wisconsin, which jumped from 50/1 to 200/1. Nebraska’s odd’s also went from 25/1 to 50/1.

It’s always interesting to see how much these things shift throughout the offseason.
