NCAA volleyball rankings: 6 B1G programs shuffled on updated AVCA Top 25 (Sept. 19, 2022)
The NCAA volleyball ranks have been updated heading into the week of Sept. 19, and there has been some shuffling inside the top 10.
The B1G is still represented near the top of the latest AVCA Coaches Poll. However, teams from the conference were shuffled a bit from last week.
Nebraska – previously No. 2 – dropped after suffering its first defeat of the season. The Huskers did record a bounce-back win to finish the week and checked in at No. 3.
No. 6 Wisconsin (down from No. 4), No. 7 Ohio State (down from No. 5) and No. 8 Minnesota (down from No. 6) are all top-10 teams that were slightly bumped. Meanwhile, Penn State is now inside the top 10 at No. 9 in the country after checking in at No. 11 last week.
Illinois dropped out of the poll after checking in at No. 25 previously.
