New era? UCF debuts social media themed jerseys during spring game
UCF may be kickstarting a new trend in college football.
Over the weekend, UCF debuted a new uniform look for its spring game, putting players’ social media handles on the back of their jerseys. The school shared some photos of the look.

There have been mixed reviews regarding the spring game jerseys, some loving it while others despising it.

With social media becoming more prominent, UCF probably won’t be the only school to sport something like this in the future. But will it become a longstanding trend? Or will it fizzle out after a few years?
Regardless of what you think about the look, UCF certainly got people talking during the team’s spring game. New head coach Gus Malzahn probably appreciates that more than anything.
