August is a special month in the world of college football.

At the end of the month, the 2021 season kicks off with Week 0 games scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 28. In the B1G, Nebraska-Illinois will highlight the afternoon as the division foes square off to get the year underway.

But August is also an important month on the recruiting front. It’s the time when teams across the sport can extend official scholarship offers to members of the 2022 class. And there was no time wasted in the B1G.

Sunday, Aug. 1, teams across the B1G sent out official offers, as well as the graphics. So why wouldn’t we compare and contrast the differences among the schools in the conference?
