The biggest game in the B1G this year finally has a kickoff time and broadcast network information. On Wednesday afternoon, the announcement was made.

The Nov. 23 battle between No. 4 Penn State and No. 1 Ohio State in Columbus will be a 12:00 p.m. ET kickoff, with the game airing on FOX. It will be the FOX Big Noon Kickoff game for that Saturday.

Both teams were ranked in the top four of the initial College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday night.

Ohio State and Penn State both currently sit at 8-0 on the season, with both teams favored in each of the next two games before the showdown in Columbus. The Buckeyes take on Maryland and Rutgers, while Penn State will play No. 17 Minnesota and Indiana.

The annual bout between Ohio State and Penn State has become one of the best yearly battles in the B1G. The two division rivals have seen their last three meetings come down to the wire, with the three games decided by a grand total of five points. Penn State won the 2016 games in State College 24-21, eventually leading to a B1G title.

Ohio State won in 2017 (39-38) and 2018 (27-26). The Buckeyes won the conference each of the last two seasons.

All-time, Ohio State leads the series 19-14 and have won six of the last seven meetings. Penn State’s last win in Columbus came in 2011, a 20-14 victory.
