One of the nation’s best recruits in the 2020 class has announced his top five schools, as well as a commitment date.

Friday night, five-star wide receiver Julian Fleming announced via Twitter that he has narrowed down his list of schools to five and will make a commitment decision on May 31. The five remaining schools are Georgia, Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State and penn State.

Fleming is the No. 6 overall player in the 2020 recruiting class and is the top wide receiver and No. 1 player out of the state of Pennsylvania, per 247Sports.

According to 247Sports’ crystal ball predictions, there’s a good chance that Fleming stays at home and chooses Penn State. The Nittany Lions have a 50 percent chance at landing the five-star talent, according to the predictions.

Ohio State has been given a 44 percent shot at landing the wide receiver.

Penn State currently owns the top recruiting class in the B1G but does not yet have a commitment from a five-star player. Ohio State has already received a verbal pledge from one top 10 prospect in the 2020 class, offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr., listed as the nation’s seventh-best prospect.

Clemson currently has the nation’s top recruiting class, while Alabama sits at No. 3 and Georgia sits at No. 9.
