Ohio's crazy trick play against Western Michigan featured an OL cartwheel
Things got a bit crazy in the MAC Tuesday night.
Believe it or not, but the MAC actually has Tuesday night football going on. While most college football fans were tuned into the College Football Playoff Rankings show, the MAC featured two games on the evening.
The first game was not interesting with Eastern Michigan blowing out Akron. However, Akron did find a way to turn some heads with one remarkably awful punt.

In the second game, Western Michigan and Ohio battled it out in a back-and-forth affair that went to overtime. One play, in particular, caught the attention of many fans.
It started with Ohio lining up two players wide of the formation, including one offensive lineman. After the snap, one player took off while the offensive lineman paused as if expecting a screen pass. He did not get the ball. Instead, he pulled off a beautiful cartwheel during the middle of the play.
As crazy as it might sound, the play actually worked. The cartwheel appeared to draw the attention of the defense with one receiver racing past the first level of the defense right down the middle of the field.
