Saturday’s game between No. 14 Michigan and Wisconsin is considered a big one for both sides. The Wolverines are trying to prove they’re a top contender in the B1G East and the Badgers are hoping to get back to .500 on the year.

Entering this weekend’s showdown in Madison, both teams have some relatively ugly streaks they’re riding. One of those will come to an end while the other will continue.

Michigan is 0-12 as an underdog under Jim Harbaugh since he took over in 2015. Per FanDuel, the Wolverines are currently a 2.5-underdog to the Badgers.

Wisconsin is on a losing streak of its own right now, dropping 7 straight games to ranked teams. Michigan enters the contest as the No. 14 team in the Associated Press Poll.

Both sides are facing some demons this weekend.

It’s just another added level of intrigue to a game that still has plenty of implication, despite the slow start for Wisconsin. Hey, it’s the Big Noon Kickoff game on FOX for a reason, right?

Wisconsin has won the last two meetings in blowout fashion. Michigan dominates the all-time series 51-17-1.
