Oregon’s 2025 recruiting class is currently ranked in the top 10 nationally, but it’s never too early to recruit for the future. The Ducks landed a big pickup for 2026 on Monday.

Blue-chip lineman Kodi Greene has verbally pledged to play for Dan Lanning’s program.

A Washington native now at Santa Ana (California) Mater Dei High School, Greene is listed as measuring 6-6, 285 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Green is rated 4-stars, the No. 5 player in the state of California, No. 6 offensive tackle and No. 39 prospect overall in the Class of 2026.

As a top prospect, Greene drew interest from coast to coast. He has already picked up scholarship offers from 20 schools, including Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oregon State, Penn State, stanford, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Washington State.

For Monday’s decision, it came down to an all-B1G final four of Oregon, Washington, USC and Michigan. The announcement was made live on 247Sports.

Greene gives Oregon four early commitments for 2026, all top-100 prospects on the Composite. He joins 4-star RB Tradarian Ball (No. 36 overall), 4-star DL Tony Cumberland (No. 52) and 4-star QB Jonas Williams (No. 98) in the class.
