Oregon is sponsored by Nike, so the Ducks football program often gets the best of the best fashion-wise for all to see.

With the Ducks just completing an undefeated regular season, winning the Big Ten title and being the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff, you had to think that Dan Lanning’s team would be dressed for success come Playoff time. And that’s exactly what Oregon will be, from literally head to toe.

Let’s focus on the toes. On Friday afternoon, the Oregon football program revealed the Nike Kobe 6 cleats that it will be wearing in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day for its Playoff quarterfinal showdown against either Tennessee or Ohio State.

The specialized cleat features a white base with the Nike swoosh filled with green and outlined with a yellow swatch. The Kobe logo, signature and cleat sole are also green.

The cleats are truly one of a kind, but this won’t be Oregon’s first time donning the Nike Kobe 6 cleats for a game. The Ducks wore a variation of the popular Kobe 6 “Grinch” colorway for their victory over Penn State in the Big Ten Championship Game on Dec. 7.

Should Oregon beat either the Buckeyes or Volunteers and advance to the CFP semifinals, who knows what Nike will concoct for the Ducks to wear.
