Oregon is gearing up for a Week 10 showdown with Michigan. Ahead of the B1G matchup, the Ducks shared some positive injury updates.

On the team’s final availability report, neither defensive end Jordan Burch nor tight end Terrance Ferguson were listed. That neither player received even a questionable designation signals both should be ready to go for kickoff.

Burch is second on the team in sacks (5) despite missing each of the last 3 games. The star edge rusher has also collected 19 tackles and deflected 3 passes. Burch hasn’t played in almost a month, last taking the field on Oct. 4 against Michigan State. The junior suffered a knee injury in practice ahead of the Ohio State game.

Originally from South Carolina, Burch transferred to Oregon ahead of the 2023 season. Since coming to Eugene, the pass rusher has collected 8 sacks and 53 tackles and become one of the most important forces on the Oregon defense.

Ferguson, meanwhile, has not played since Oct. 12 against Ohio State. The playmaking TE has been out of action since undergoing an appendectomy. Ferguson has caught 20 passes for 321 yards in his senior season. Through 47 games with the Ducks, Ferguson has caught 111 passes for 1,267 yards and 13 TDs.

For a team that’s already played 8 games, the Ducks are relatively healthy. With Burch and Ferguson playing, only 6 players have been ruled out for the Week 10 contest.

The Ducks are looking to improve to 9-0 on the season and maintain their No. 1 ranking. Even in a down year, Michigan Stadium is a tough place to play, however.

The Ducks and Wolverines will kick off at 3:30 pm ET.
