Pair of Big Ten teams make top 5 for 2023 WR out of Tennessee
One of the top prospects in the state of Tennessee is considering playing in the Big Ten.
On Monday, Murfreesboro, Tennessee native Justin Brown shared his top 5 schools. Penn State and Purdue are in the mix, along with Mississippi State, Pitt and West Virginia.

The Blackman standout is listed at 6-feet, 183 pounds and rated 3-stars, the No. 13 Tennessee product, No. 53 wide receiver and No. 424 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite.
Brown took an unofficial visit to Penn State on March 28, 2022. The Boilermakers are among the most recent teams to enter Brown’s recruitment, extending a scholarship offer on April 19.
