A bye week didn’t change Jerry Palm’s opinions of the Hawkeyes or Wolverines.
In fact, his opinion on the B1G didn’t really change it all. He shifted Iowa to a different New Year’s Six game and Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska were all shuffled in lower level bowls.
Other than that, there wasn’t much change for the B1G’s elite. The B1G is still the only conference Palm has in three New Year’s Six bowl games.

Orange Bowl: Ohio State vs. Clemson (College Football Playoff)
Rose Bowl: Michigan State vs. Stanford

Music City Bowl: Penn State vs. Mississippi State
