Paul Finebaum has two B1G teams in updated Top 6

Paul Finebaum has released his weekly rankings. He’s showing some love to the B1G, too.

The SEC Network host releases his top four every week, typically in a morning spot on SportsCenter. However, Finebaum did not make his weekly appearance, so he revealed his top six teams in college football via Twitter.

Finebaum is one of the many who are high on Ohio State, having the Buckeyes in the No. 1 overall spot in his latest rankings. He also has Penn State in the No. 5 spot.

The SEC still edges the B1G in terms of number of teams. Finebaum has three SEC teams (LSU, Alabama and Florida) in the top six.

It’s hard to disagree with those rankings based on what we’ve seen so far. And with Oklahoma falling to Kansas State, it opened up the opportunity for Florida to make a huge leap.
