Peyton Manning swears on hot mic during ‘ManningCast’ slip up

Peyton Manning should know from his numerous award show and “Saturday Night Live” appearances that his microphone is always on. On Monday night, though, Manning made a hot mic miscue.
During the “ManningCast” of Monday night’s NFL Playoff game, Eli asked Peyton to break down a first-quarter Los Angles Rams touchdown. Peyton, however, was having audio issues and apparently didn’t think his mic could be heard by the ESPN2 audience.
Someone help Peyton Manning’s audio 😂

The folks at The Mouse won’t appreciate Peyton cursing, but the unpolished feel of the “ManningCast” is certainly responsible for some of its appeal. Like Eli’s “double birds” moment from the regular season, Peyton’s mild cursing will mostly be met with laughs – and a reminder from the ESPN folks to watch his language while mic’d up.
The Manning brothers are currently hosting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson while they discuss the Super Wild Card Weekend finale between the Rams and Arizona Cardinals. The game is in the second quarter, with the Rams leading 21-0.
