Peyton Woodyard released his top 7 schools on Sunday. There were two B1G teams included on his list.

Woodyard is a 4-star S from the 2024 class per the 247Sports Composite. Woodyard is the No. 2 S and No. 2 player from his home state of California in his class. Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, Oregon, USC, Florida, and Notre Dame all made his list.

Iowa currently has best 2024 class so far in the B1G. Ohio State is not too far behind at No. 2, while the Wolverines have the fourth-best class in the conference.

It could be difficult to convince Woodyard to leave the west coast, but it might not matter since USC is joining the B1G in 2024 along with UCLA.

Woodyard goes to St. John Bosco in Bellflower, California and comes in at 6-foot-2, 188 pounds. Plenty of B1G schools want his signature as Michigan State, Nebraska, and Penn State have all shown interest in him.
