PFF stat shows just how dominant MSU's Kenneth Walker, Gophers' Mo Ibrahim were in Week 1
The B1G has always had some of the most dominant RBs across college football.
2021 proves to be no different after 1 week of play; we saw one known quantity in RB Mohamed Ibrahim for Minnesota before he was injured in Thursday night’s game against No.4 Ohio State. Ibrahim’s stat line on Thursday before the injury was 30 rushing attempts for 163 yards and 2 touchdowns on 5.4 yards per carry.

The other RB that was incredibly dominant this weekend was Michigan State’s Kenneth Walker III. The transfer from Wake Forest had a monster game on Friday as he rushed the ball 23 times for 264 yards and 4 touchdowns on 11.5 yards per carry on Friday night against the Northwestern Wildcats.
Both RBs were also incredible after contact. According to PFF College, Kenneth Walker III was the best RB after contact, where he gained 206 yards. Ibrahim was the 3rd best where he gained 147 yards after contact.
