Another B1G basketball game has been postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tuesday’s game between Purdue and Michigan in Ann Arbor has been postponed because of COVID-19 protocols within the Michigan program. It is the second-straight game the Wolverines have had to call off because of issues.

Michigan was unable to play Saturday’s game against Michigan State because of the concerns, as well. The Wolverines fell below the B1G’s requirement of needing 7 scholarship players available to play.

A make-up date has not been announced.

Purdue is 13-2 on the season and is coming off a road win against Penn State. Michigan is 7-6 for the year and has lost games to UCF and Rutgers in consecutive contests.

The Boilermakers are scheduled to host Nebraska on Friday, Jan. 14. The next game for the Wolverines is also scheduled for Friday, traveling to Champaign to play Illinois.
