Rankings schedule, selection committee recusals for College Football Playoff released
The rankings schedule for the College Football Playoff was announced Thursday evening.
While a number of teams are starting 2019 with championship aspirations, only four will make it to the College Football Playoff. Entering its sixth year of existence, the Playoff has produced some thrilling games and interesting matchups.
Throughout the season, ESPN will host a CFP rankings show beginning the first week in November. Other polls will be running the length of the season, but the first CFP rankings are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 5.
