Brown allegedly victimized two newspapers.
The report claims that Brown sent a cease-and-desist email to The Chronicle after a fight during a game between Independence Community College and Garden City Community College. Brown claimed to be an attorney from the Cochran Law Firm in California.
He allegedly sent another email to The Chronicle following a controversial text message he sent to a German football play, saying “I am your new Hitler.” That message ultimately led to Brown stepping down from his spot as the head coach.
Brown was the face of the third season of Last Chance U on Netflix. The fourth season, which will also feature Brown and Independence, is set to release on July 19.
