College and NFL fans have raved about the job Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit have done with their calls on Monday Night Football games this season, and their excellent work will result in another job this week.
Andrew Marchand of the New York Post reported that Fowler and Herbstreit will be on the call for Monday’s matchup between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots. The game is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 12 with kickoff set for 5 p.m. ET.
Laura Rutledge will be the sideline reporter for the game.
ESPN will have Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit with reporter Laura Rutledge for the Patriots-Broncos game at 5 p.m. Monday, according to sources.

Marchand reported that Fowler and Herbstreit will still be the broadcast team for Saturday’s Top 10 college football showdown between No. 7 Miami and No. 1 Clemson. However, after that game, the entire crew will travel to Foxboro for the Monday Night Football contest.
The Miami-Clemson game is scheduled to air on ABC with kickoff set for approximately 7:30 p.m. ET.
