The NCAA has reportedly set a date for the 2021 NBA Draft deadline.
Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reported on Thursday that Wednesday, July 7 will be the last date that players can withdraw from the draft and still retain their college eligibility. Currently, players are permitted to test the draft waters and receive evaluations before making a final decision while retaining college eligibility.

The 2021 NBA Draft is currently scheduled for Thursday, July 29.
With the COVID-19 pandemic interrupting seasons throughout the 2020-21 college basketball season, the NCAA has granted a blanket waiver for all winter athletes to retain an additional year of eligibility. There could be a large number of players who take advantage of that opportunity to return next season.
