Things have not been going well in Gainesville, Florida, and changes are starting to be made to the coaching staff.

Following a blowout loss to South Carolina, the Gators are making the move to dismiss defensive coordinator Todd Grantham and offensive line coach John Hevesy. That’s per a report from Bruce Feldman with FOX Sports and The Athletic. Both have been connected to head coach Dan Mullen for years, but a change was needed.

Florida dropped its third straight game in Week 10 with the 40-17 loss to South Carolina. That stretch included giving up 49 points to LSU and getting blowout by Georgia. The Gators have fallen all the way to 4-5 after hanging with Alabama early on in the season.

It will be interesting to see what happens at Florida the rest of the way. Mullen won 29 games over his first 3 seasons leading the program, but the wheels have fallen off heading into Week 11.
