The final recruiting rankings are in.
Recently, 247Sports reevaluated the final 2019 recruiting rankings, which means there were some changes to players’ individual rankings and the number of 5-star prospects in the class. After the re-ranking, the B1G will be welcoming seven blue-chip recruits to the conference.
The highest-rated B1G commit is Wisconsin offensive tackle Logan Brown, who is listed as the No. 7 player overall in the 2019 class. Penn State then has the next-highest B1G commits, with Brandon Smith and Lance Dixon coming in at No. 12 and No. 13 overall.

Ohio State also has two 5-star prospects coming in, defensive lineman Zach Harrison (No. 22) and wide receiver Garrett Wilson (No. 29). Michigan commit Daxton Hill ranked No. 23 and Purdue pledge George Karlaftis came in at No. 27.
Landing 5-star talents isn’t anything new for Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan, but it is significant for Wisconsin and Purdue. It’s particularly big for the Badgers, beating out the other bluebloods in the B1G for the No. 7 overall recruit.
