Things are actively going from bad to worse in Gainesville. Florida is in the midst of a 3-game losing streak, and Saturday’s halftime score might be the worst of all.

After last week’s blowout loss to South Carolina, Florida coach Dan Mullen fired DC Todd Grantham. That change has not had the desired impact, at least in terms of what is on the scoreboard in Week 11.

Heading to halftime, Samford is up over the Gators by a score of 42-35. No, that is not a typo as the FCS Bulldogs are giving Florida their best shot in the Swamp.

Just how drastic is that score? Samford entered Week 11 with a 3-5 record and losses to UT- Martin, Mercer, East Tennessee State, UT-Chattanooga, and VMI.
