More than 20 former B1G players were on active rosters for Super Bowl LV on Sunday night, providing plenty of interest for fans of the conference for the final game of the season. How did all those players perform in the biggest game of the year? We’ve collected the stats.
Not every B1G player saw the field on Sunday and players on the offensive line won’t really have any statistics to their names from the game. Still, it’s fun to see how some of the league’s biggest stars performed in the Super Bowl.
Legendary quarterback and Michigan alum Tom Brady stole the show (again) by throwing 3 touchdown passes on the way to his seventh Super Bowl title, with Tampa Bay defeating Kansas City 31-9. Brady also was awarded his fifth Super Bowl MVP honor.
